Face & Body Reading
Learn to See the Patterns
Habitual expressions, posture, and gestures show patterns you can read like a book.
See the pattern → Understand the root → Apply the solution → Watch the change happen
“Best healing class I’ve taken in a long, long time. And so practical. Thank you, Agni!!! Your kindness and grace in presentation is unmatched!”

“I want to thank you for the amazing lecture this evening. You are a wonderful teacher, and I’m SO looking forward to your next Sovereign Body Language discussion. I’ve heard the term “chakra” but never learned about the connections described. Now, I’m interested in the subject and think it’s going to move my body’s healing, helping me figure out deeper layers of the chronic issues I’ve had difficulties working thru. I did gain a lot, and will go back to watch the replays to let it sink in further. Thanks a million, hope you are having a great evening, and I really appreciate you taking the time to generously share your knowledge.”

“Great presentation, Agnieszka! Can’t wait for next time.”

FREE Intro Labs: What’s Coming Up?
Here’s what we’re covering in the labs through February:
Thursday, January 29 — Face Reading: Bring Photos
Bring a photo of anyone — friend, boss, family member, public figure. We’ll analyze the face as a group and you’ll learn to read structure, expression, and pattern in real time. Theory becomes practice.
Thursday, February 5 — Reading Relationships: Group & Couple Photos
What does the body language reveal about connection, dynamics, and truth in relationships? We’ll analyze photos of people together and decode what’s really happening beneath the surface.
Thursday, February 12 — Face Shapes & What They Reveal
Different face shapes tell different stories. Learn to read bone structure, proportions, and what they communicate about character, personality, and life patterns.
Thursday, February 19 — Detecting Incongruence: Are They Lying?
When words don’t match the body, the body wins. Learn to spot microexpressions, tension, timing shifts, and the tells that reveal truth from fiction.
Thursday, February 26 — Posture as Language: What Your Body Is Saying
Stand, sit, move — your posture reveals your story. Learn to read spinal alignment, chest opening, grounding, and what postural patterns communicate about emotional and psychological state.

“I learned that we are shaped by our individual experiences, obstacles that we encountered and that either allowed us to grow or that pulled us down. Our faces and bodies simply mirror whatever we encounter in life. Nothing we display is random. We display our personality before we even say a word.”
— Sabir
“This course has altered the course of my life. It has made me realize that I have everything that I need in life inside this body of mine. I don’t need to search anymore. I feel like I have blossomed into the person I’ve always strived to be just by paying attention to me and my own needs.”
— Jake S.

What It Means to Own Your Body Language
Owning your body language means becoming aware of the nonverbal cues you’re sending — and choosing how you want to show up.
It’s about taking ownership of your communication, understanding the impact you have on others, and learning how to express confidence, authority, and authenticity from the inside out.
No “monkey‑see, monkey‑do” techniques here.
This isn’t about copying gestures or faking confidence. It’s about embodying it.
You’ll learn how to reconnect with your own inner authority, release years of negative programming, and step into your true self.
When you own your body language, you change the way you feel inside — and that changes how you respond to the inevitable chaos (and occasional bullshit) of life.
People might think you’re reading their minds — the awareness is that powerful.
In truth, you’re reading the subtle, habitual patterns of microexpressions and body language that reveal what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Face Reading & Body Language
When we think of nonverbals, we think of how we judge others. … We tend to forget, though, the other audience that’s influenced by our nonverbals: ourselves.
