You knew something was off.

You just couldn’t explain why.

The compliment that didn’t quite land.

The smile that felt wrong.

The little moments you noticed and then talked yourself out of.

You weren’t imagining it.

Your body was picking up on it long before your mind had words for it.

    A Different Way of Seeing

I’m Agnieszka, and I’ll be your lead for these six months. My work is helping you read the subtle shifts in people that most others miss entirely.

The Sovereign Body Language training, where I teach you all I know about reading people, is built on Psychosomatic Therapy.

This system reveals how a person’s inner world shows up in their face, posture, and patterns of tension.

It was developed by Hermann Müller and has been taught at a practitioner, master and teacher level for decades.

I trained directly with Hermann Müller and Carol Maureen Friesen, then worked closely with them at The Lightworkers Institute in Canada for six years—inside the classroom and in the office, assisting in trainings and watching how people learn to see.

What becomes clear very quickly is this:

People show you exactly who they are.
Most of us just don’t know how to read it.

    We focus on that skill.

    Not becoming a therapist.
    Not analyzing people.

Seeing what is already there—so you don’t have to wait for someone to explain themselves.

Next training begins June 23, 2026.

“Being able to detect deception is a shift in power. This training gave me a level of discernment most people simply don’t have.”
